This investment will ensure that the Generating Station Complex continues to effectively generate energy for the University Campus and Leeds General Infirmary Hospital for the next 30 years.

  • May 2016 – Site cabins located on site
  • August/September  2016– New cable is connected to the University and Hospital
  • Sept – June 2017 – Cable connection work takes place
  • Jan 2017 – July 2018 – Generator switched off and investment upgrade begins
